January 26:Pray Trump is a
pathological liar. Convinced of secret media and
liberal plots to undermine him, wanting to fight anyone and everyone and
everything who he thinks disrespects him and having embraced “alternative
facts,” Trump has shown us — in just a few days — that he’s either in the grip
of delusions or is a liar or both.
According to
media reports Trump’s advisers say that “his frenzied if admittedly
impulsive approach appeals to voters because it shows that he is a man of
action.”
Those complaining about his fixation with fictional voter fraud or crowd counts
at his inauguration, in their view, are simply seeking ways to undercut his
legitimacy.
Yet some of his own advisers also privately worry about his penchant for picking
unnecessary fights and drifting off message. They talk about taking away his
telephone or canceling his Twitter account, only to be dismissed by a president
intent on keeping his own outlets to the world.

Rex Tillerson did call the president a “moron” as reported.
November 2: President Trump says: "I'm the
only one that matters" in setting U.S. foreign policy, thus downplaying the
importance of high-level jobs such as the assistant secretary of state, which is
currently vacant.
"Let me tell you, the one that matters is me," Trump said in an interview that
aired on Fox News on Thursday night. "I'm the only one that matters, because
when it comes to it, that's what the policy is going to be. You've seen that,
you've seen it strongly."
November 14:After meeting with [Philippine
President Rodrigo] Duterte, Trump said the relationship between the Philippines
and the U.S. was now “probably better than ever before.” Under Obama, the
relationship between the U.S. and the Philippines was “horrible,” Trump told the
gathered press. He added, “You know what happened. Many of you were there, and
you never got to land. The plane came close but it didn’t land.”
But, contrary to Trump’s account, Obama never had a flight to the Philippines
diverted ... Obama never visited the Southeast Asian country while Duterte was
in charge (though Obama did visit the Philippines twice before Duterte was
president).

In a normal Republican administration,
an allegation that Senator Al Franken, a Democrat, had
groped a woman as she slept, accompanied by a damning photo, would be a
political gift to the White House. When its occupant is
Donald Trump, however, the story is altogether different—late in
his presidential campaign, Trump was faced with accusations of sexual misconduct
and assault from more than 16 women, which many believed would spell his
political doom.
November 22: Lawyers for Michael Flynn have
informed President Trump's legal team that they can no longer share information
about special counsel Robert Mueller's probe into Russian election
interference, a possible sign that Trump's former national security adviser is
cooperating with federal investigators ... [this could signal a move by Flynn to
cooperate with the Russia investigation or negotiate a deal for himself ... the

that I was PROBABLY going to be named "Man (Person) of the Year" like last year,

themselves for what President Donald Trump would say when he finally addressed
the sexual assault allegation against his Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh
were quietly stunned
when Trump said the process should be followed and the accuser should be
heard.
In recent days, Trump has bragged about the positive coverage he's received for
his response, according to multiple sources. That response has contributed to
him continuing to say Christine Blasey Ford should come forward with her story,

September 25: UN audience literally bursts
out laughing at Trump’s speech
They didn’t take the president’s bragging very seriously.
One of President Trump’s favorite attacks on his political opponents is to say
that the world is “laughing” at the United States. But on Tuesday, during
Trump’s speech to the United Nations General Assembly, the assembled world
notables literally laughed at him.
September 25: The gathered world leaders --
or at least some of them -- were laughing at Trump's contention that he had done
more in two years than any previous American administration ever.
Which makes some sense given that the claim seems, on its face ridiculous. There
was Abraham Lincoln's management of the Civil War, Ulysses Grant's stewardship
of the country through Reconstruction, Woodrow Wilson's work to repair the world
community following World War I, [FDR's work before and during WWII], Truman's
work to do the same post-World War II, Ronald Reagan's steering of the country
though the Cold War ... I mean, the list goes on and on.
October 2: The audience laughed as Trump ran
through a list of what he described as holes in Christine Blasey Ford's
testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee. She testified that Kavanaugh
pinned her on a bed, tried to take off her clothes and covered her mouth in the
early 1980s, when the two were teenagers. Kavanaugh has denied Ford's
allegations.
"How did you get home? 'I don't remember,'" Trump said at the rally in
Southaven. "How did you get there? 'I don't remember.' Where is the place? 'I
don't remember.' How many years ago was it? 'I don't know. I don't know. I don't
know.'"

The
President of the United States is erratic, illiterate, and doesn’t want to
know what he doesn’t know. The President has alienated former allies, befriended
or courted murderous dictators, and has repeatedly brought the country to the
brink of nuclear confrontation. The President lies constantly, knows that he is
lying, and demands that Administration officials lie for him, and often they do.
The President has waged war on the institutions of government, overseeing the
gutting of the State Department and the destruction of other federal agencies by
their own leaders, and effectively shut off media access to the Pentagon, the
State Department, and the White House. The President has acted to thwart
oversight of the Administration by other branches of government. The President
has never made a secret of despising the government itself: he has called it a
“swamp” and gleefully shut it down for thirty-five days, during a temper
tantrum. The President has not only failed to divest himself of his businesses
but has installed his children in and near the White House, openly using his
office for personal financial gain. The President has debased political culture
and language, using his bully pulpit to spew lies, hate, and personal insults
